A portable watertight case is provided to facilitate the opening and closing, to prevent breakage by increasing strength, and to remove moisture by improving airtightness between a receiving part and a packing input groove of a receiving part lid. The portable watertight case made of one of plastic, synthetic resin, and poly to carry things without wetting the things is composed of a receiving part(20); a receiving part lid closely coming in contact with a rim(60) of the receiving part; a lock recessed groove recessed on the receiving part lid; a locking projection or a locking hole functioning as a lock; a locking ring pressing the receiving part and the receiving part lid by applying pressure with fingers; a locking sill(180) in which the locking projection or a locking protruded unit is attachable; a hinge attached on the locking ring to seal and release the receiving part and the receiving part lid; a packing coming in contact with the locking sill and cutting off the external moisture; and a packing input groove receiving the packing.
