A rotary connector is provided to prevent the overheating due to an over-current and facilitate the replacement of a fuse by detachably installing the fuse at the rotary connector, which connects a steering wheel of a vehicle to a heating unit. A stator(10) is fixed to a vehicle body, wherein the stator has a doughnut-shaped containing portion(13). A rotor(20) is rotated within the stator(10) while the rotator(20) is interlocked with a steering wheel. A heating cable(40) has ends, which are respectively fixed to the stator(10) and the rotor(20). The heating cable(40) is configured to heat a heating coil installed at the steering wheel. A fuse(50) is detachably installed at the stator(10), wherein the fuse(50) breaks an over-current supplied through the heating cable(40).
