A glove box for easily replacing an air filter is provided to wholly open the glove box in a vehicle and replace the air filter by installing the stopper going up and down at the rear of the rear panel of the glove box. A glove box(20) for easily replacing an air filter comprises a holder(40) formed on a rear center of a rear panel(30) of the glove box and formed with an insertion groove(42); a stopper(50) inserted in the insertion groove, longitudinally moved, and extended with a hook(54) to the lower side; a spring(60) mounted in the insertion groove to elastically support the stopper; a rotary shaft(56) formed on the upper end of the stopper to both directions; and a damper(70) rotatably inserted at the rotary shaft. The rear panel is formed with a guide hole(32) to secure the moving distance of a knob.
