A management system having two CPUs(Central Processing Units) and a reset controlling method in the system are provided to temporarily stop a reset function between the CPUs while an external management system updates the CPUs, thereby realizing stable updating and resetting processes. When a reset control signal is inputted from the first CPU(10), the first signal processor(100) transmits the reset control signal to the second CPU(20). When a reset control signal is inputted from the second CPU(20), the second signal processor(200) transmits the reset control signal to the first CPU(10). When the reset control signal is inputted from the first CPU(10), a signal blocking unit(300) blocks the reset control signal transmitted from the second CPU(20) during a threshold time taken for the second CPU(20) to reset from a time when the reset control signal is inputted.
