<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack having an improved rigidity in which temperature of the cooling air exhausted can be sufficiently lowered, and a vehicle mounting the battery pack. <P>SOLUTION: The battery pack 10 mounted on a hybrid automobile is provided with a battery pack 21 consisting of a plurality of laminated battery modules 24 and an exhaust duct 31 which is installed adjacent to the battery pack 21 in nearly horizontal direction and flows the cooling air that has cooled the battery pack 21 by flowing between the plurality of battery modules 24 toward the exhaust port.
