<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting element capable of moving a carrier smoothly between two semiconductor layers whose composition is different each other without increasing impurity concentration, namely without deteriorating optical characteristics and reliability. <P>SOLUTION: A band gap change layer of which the composition changes is arranged between the two semiconductor layers that are laminated and have different composition mutually in a lamination direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
