<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transition system, a server, an information terminal and an application program for reducing the operation load of a user. <P>SOLUTION: When initial registration is performed, a financial institute to be used for settlement by a user is preliminarily registered in an electronic money management server (step S224). Then, the electronic money management server receives charge request information from the portable telephone, and retrieves the financial institute registered corresponding to the portable telephone, and transmits the succession screen information for performing access to the retrieved financial institute to the portable telephone.
