<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle information management system for electric cars, which realizes lease of vehicles at low cost and on-line manages from receiving orders for electric cars from users to their delivery through the Internet in a unified way. <P>SOLUTION: When electric cars 10 ordered from users reach a specified number, they are ordered to an automaker, and then delivered to the users. Users order electric cars on a Web page 6 of an electric car leasing system.
