摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for identifying an assembly of significant genes from experimental data. <P>SOLUTION: A node in the network is identified. A member-specific sub-network containing nodes connected to the identified node is identified for L levels of nearest neighbors. A connectivity score is calculated for the molecule represented by the identified node based on scores of significance of each node contained in the member-specific sub-network. These steps are repeated for other nodes included in the network. This application also provides a method, a system and a computer-readable medium for identifying the significant molecules when a list of molecules of an interest object is given as a subset of molecules in data set when at least one biological network including a noteworthy significant molecule is given and a data set including a data value characterizing molecules of an experiment object is given. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p>
