PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smooth both a transmission data amount and a reception data amount between routes in a storage wherein the input/output routes are made to be redundant. SOLUTION: The storage 100 predicts not only the transmission data amount generated by output requirement inside a transmission queue but also the reception data amount generated by input requirement inside the transmission queue. The storage 100 stores newly generated output requirement in a queue wherein the predicted transmission data amount is minimum, and stores newly generated input requirement in a queue wherein the predicted reception data amount is minimum.
