PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter having overcurrent/overvoltage protection function and an LED drive circuit including same. SOLUTION: A DC-DC converter supplies a constant voltage to loads by adjusting the width of a switching pulse delivered at a PWM controller 150 to control on/off time of a switch 160. The DC-DC converter includes a microcontroller 120 for detecting a voltage from one end of a load, and for generating an abnormal signal when a detected voltage is greater than a voltage that has been already set; a digital-analog converter 130 for receiving the input of an abnormal signal and outputting a voltage of 0 V; and an analog dimmer 140 for receiving the input of the voltage 0 V from the digital-analog converter, and creating a control signal to vary ON time of switching pulse outputted at the PWM controller to 0, and providing it to the PWM controller.
