PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device which suppresses deterioration of antenna characteristics caused by the influence of the head of a human body or the like during use by reducing an image current in the central portion of a device substrate. SOLUTION: When the disclosed antenna device includes an incorporated antenna device for transmitting/receiving the radio signal of a wireless section 6 in or near one short side device substrate end portion 2 of a device substrate 1 of which an effective wavelength in a long side direction is near or longer than a 1/2 wavelength, a parasitic current control element 7 is provided that includes a function for extending the effective length of a wavelength to be used in the long side direction of the device substrate 1 when one end is connected to another short side device substrate end portion 3 of the device substrate 1 or to a nearby ground portion 9.
