PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crushing method capable of crushing a material to be crushed by rotating or vertically moving crushing media charged in a crusher vessel even in a fixed state of the crusher vessel stored with the material to be crushed, and to provide a crusher using the method and a crushing apparatus. SOLUTION: The crushing vessel A stored with the material to be crushed and the crushing media in a ring, in which ring-shaped rotary magnetic field generators 11, 12 are disposed vertically, is inserted into a crusher 1 so that its bottom part is positioned in the ring of the lower rotary magnetic field generator 12, three-phase AC is applied to the rotary magnetic field generators 11, 12 alternately, and the crushing meda formed of ferromagnetic matter are rotated and vertically moved to crush the material. The crushing is performed by only inserting the crushing vessel A into the crusher 1, thereby automating the crushing by providing a moving means for vertically and horizontally moving the crushing vessel A.
