PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surfactant causing no problem in safety, having high surface activating ability, easy in molecular weight control and generating little solvent-insoluble components. SOLUTION: The fluorine-containing organosilicon compound is represented by general formula (1). (Wherein, Rf is a perfluoroalkyl, Q is a polyether; R is H or an alkyl; X and Y are each a divalent coupling group; p is an integer of≥3; n is a number of 0<n<3).
