PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a token game machine which can smoothly and certainly push out a group of tokens on a token mounting surface of a medal mounting body by a mobile body which moves on the medal mounting surface. SOLUTION: The token game machine 1 is equipped with the token mounting body 12 to mount the tokens 8, the mobile body 13 which is disposed on the token mounting surface of the token mounting body 12 and pushes the group of the medals on the token mounting surface by a reciprocating motion, a guide which is disposed to be adjacent to both end sections of the mobile body 13 and guides the mobile body into a reciprocating direction, and driving mechanisms 14, 15, 16 and 17 to make the mobile body perform the reciprocating motion along the guide, wherein the mobile body 13 has an upper surface on which the two or more tokens can be mounted.
