PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute processing which conforms to a performance condition of a program. SOLUTION: There are at least one processor which executes a plurality of programs, a storage area which can temporally store information elements, and a storage device which can store the information elements. A certain importance is correlated with each program itself or various kinds of performance conditions of the program. When a certain information element is outputted by executing a certain program among the plurality of programs, the information element is written to the storage area. Then, among a plurality of information elements written to the storage area, an already executed program or its information element of higher importance in performance conditions is preferentially outputted to the storage device side.
