PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling controller for a vehicle capable of detecting precisely an abnormality of a basis station and attaining accurate traveling control. SOLUTION: This controller 18 operates traveling information (the first traveling information) of one's own vehicle 1 from one's own car position positioned based on information from the basis station 4 and information from a GPS satellite 3, and, when the first traveling information is different from traveling information (the second traveling information) determined from the traveling state of an actual car as much as a threshold, set beforehand, or more, determines an abnormality of the basis station 4 caused by the movement of the basis station 4, to thereby detect precisely the abnormality of the basis station 4. When the abnormality is determined, the controller 18 cancels execution of traveling control based on the one's own car position to thereby attain the accurate traveling control.
