摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize thickness distribution of a reinforcing fiber layer covering an outer peripheral surface of a liner in the whole of a vessel, and to enhance pressure resistance. SOLUTION: The reinforcing fiber layer 5 is covered on the outer peripheral surface of the liner 3 comprising a cylindrical aluminum alloy material by winding a band shaped reinforcing fiber bundle. Regarding the band shaped reinforcing fiber bundle, carbon fiber is immersed into molten metal of aluminum alloy, and the aluminum alloy of the same material with the liner 3 is impregnated into a space of the fiber. Then, the band shaped reinforcing fiber bundle wherein the impregnated aluminum alloy is in the half-hardened state is hoop wound and helically wound in a heating furnace, and the outer peripheral surface of the liner 3 is covered by the reinforcing fiber layer 5.
