PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser light emitting apparatus capable of emitting stable laser light and making the apparatus small-sized and saving the cost of the apparatus. SOLUTION: The laser light emitting apparatus comprises a semiconductor laser element, an optical fiber on which output light from the semiconductor laser element is incident and in which a fiber Bragg grating is formed, a wavelength conversion element for converting the exit light of the optical fiber to higher harmonics, and a temperature adjusting means for temperature-adjusting the semiconductor laser. The foregoing fiber Bragg grating is formed on the way of the optical fiber in the longitudinal direction of the optical fiber, and the fiber Bragg grating is disposed such that a distance of a heat transfer path from the temperature adjusting means to the fiber Bragg grating is substantially equal to that from the temperature adjusting means to the semiconductor laser element.
