<p>An intractable neurological disease is treated by inducing differentiation of a neural stem cell into a nerve cell without involving a risk observed in gene transfer such as cell damage or infection. By inducing differentiation of a neural stem cell into a nerve cell by introducing VHL peptide, which can induce differentiation of a neural stem cell into a nerve cell, into a neural stem cell or by inducing differentiation of an endogenous stem cell into a nerve cell by administering VHL peptide directly to the human body, an intractable neurological disease such as Parkinson's disease, cerebral infarction, Alzheimer's disease, cord injury, cerebral contusion, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Huntington's disease or malignant brain tumor is treated by regenerative medicine.</p> |
