[PROBLEMS] To provide a method for testing quickly and easily how an antithrombotic agent inhibits the promotion of blood coagulation when an activator of platelet activity is the cause of the promotion of blood coagulation. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The testing method, in which thromboelastograph is measured simultaneously for a system where an anticoagulation agent is added to part of blood collected from a patient administered with an antithrombotic agent (X system blood) and a system where the anticoagulation agent and adenosine diphosphate or collagen are added to part of the blood (Y system blood), and the efficacy of the antithrombotic agent is judged by comparing R values of the X system blood and the Y system blood, is provided. When a significant difference is not observed in the R value of the Y system blood against the R value of the X system blood, the efficacy is judged to function. As the anticoagulation agent, adenosine diphosphate or collagen can be used. It is intended to provide an unprecedented method for judging the efficacy of an antithrombotic agent easily.
