When a first vehicle (92) receives information on a traffic condition around the first vehicle via a distance radio communication unit, a traffic condition at the reception moment is detected according to the information received. The information on the traffic condition thus detected is transmitted during travel of the first vehicle (92). When the information on the traffic condition transmitted from the first vehicle (92) is received by a second vehicle (93), the second vehicle (93) grasps the traffic condition in the path where the second vehicle may travel according to the received information. The grasped traffic condition is displayed on the screen and audio-outputted to report the information to a user of the second vehicle (93). Thus, it is possible to provide information on the necessary traffic condition to a user with a simple configuration.
