<p>Methods for the racemization of an enantiomer of a 2,3-benzodiazepine molecule into the corresponding racemic mixture under either basic or acidic conditions are described. Furthermore, the invention relates to the conversion of an enantiomer of a 2,3- benzodiazepine molecule, e.g. tofisopam or tofisopam metabolite, to the corresponding opposite enantiomer.</p> |
