PRINTING-ERROR EVASION METHOD AND PRINTER

A method for avoiding a printing error and an image forming device thereof are provided to solve user inconvenience for canceling a printing job, reinstalling a printer driver, or restarting Windows by advancing printing with the exception of a language monitor in case that the language monitor is not normally operated. A driver part(120) detects an operation error of the language monitor receiving a command generated by a driver of the image forming device from a spooler(130) and transferring the command to a frame buffer(150). In the case that the printing is selected in a state canceling a function of the language monitor(140) after the operation error is detected, the driver part cancels the function of the language monitor. An engine part(170) advances the printing in the state that the function of the language monitor is cancelled. In the case that the printing of the state canceling the function of the language monitor is not selected, the driver part cancels the printing.
