A mobile communication terminal capable of transceiving a voice by using an FM module and an operating method thereof are provided to modulate a voice signal into FM frequency, thereby enabling a user to set an FM frequency band and significantly increasing portability and availability through usage of a PTT(Push-To-Talk) service. A mobile communication terminal capable of transceiving a voice by using an FM(Frequency Modulation) module comprises the followings: a microphone(10); a speaker(20); a wireless unit(30) which performs FM-modulation of transceived voice data into a preset frequency; and a controller which enables the voice data, inputted through the microphone(10), to be transmitted through the wireless unit(30) and enables the voice data, received through the wireless unit(30), to be outputted to the speaker(20).
