<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease an amplitude of a data line and to decrease power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: A reset transistor and a switch transistor are turned on in a reset period. In the reset period, input of a potential from the reset transistor is dominant in a node D, and when the potential in the node D exceeds a gate potential of a selection transistor, the selection transistor is turned off. Thereby, even when the potential on a data line changes, the potential in a node G does not change. As the potential on the data line is not directly written in the gate of the driver transistor, the on-off potential to be applied to the gate of the driver transistor can be separately set from the amplitude of the data line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
