<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing soymilk enabling effective utilization of bean curd refuse obtained as a by-product of a soybean product. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing soymilk comprises the following process: preparing bean curd refuse; putting the prepared bean curd refuse and water into a pressure cooker to heat them under pressure; adding a predetermined amount or more of water to the mixture of the water and the bean curd refuse from which the predetermined amount of water vaporized by being heated under pressure in the pressure cooker; pulverizing the mixture with a mixer; putting soymilk solution and paste comprising at least one of aloe, Angelica keiskei and tea leaves into a copper pot; and heating the mixture solution of the soymilk solution and the paste charged in the copper pot while stirring the mixture solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
