摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve structure of a shock absorber which can change a damping force characteristic to be linear in accordance with piston speed, and can secure both ideal ride comfort and operation feeling in a vehicle. SOLUTION: The valve structure of the shock absorber is equipped with an annular plate-like valve element 10 for opening/closing a port 1 by being laminated on a disk-like valve body 4 on which a port 1 is formed and separated from/seated on a valve seat 3 at the outlet end of the port 1. Further, the valve structure is provided with an annular plate-like laminating member 11 in which the outer peripheral edge laminated on the annular plate-like valve element 10 is disposed within the range between the inner edge of the port 1 and a position corresponding to 2/3 of a radial distance from a seating position to the valve seat 3 of the annular plate-like valve element 10 to the center of the port 1; and with an energizing means S for energizing the laminating member 11 toward the annular plate-like valve element 10.
