PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for casting and molding a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin, capable of being applied to production of a molded product in every kind of shape, including a large-sized or complicatedly-shaped molded product, capable of controlling formation of voids to an enough level at an interface between a thermoplastic resin and a reinforcing fiber, and capable of molding the resin without requiring high temperature/high pressure. SOLUTION: This method for molding the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin has a process (I) for pouring a compound (A) having two epoxy groups in its molecule and a compound (B) having two phenolic hydroxy groups in its molecule each existing in a molten state into a molding tool in which the reinforcing fiber is preliminarily arranged, so as to impregnate the compounds into the reinforcing fiber, and a process (II) for subjecting the compound (A) and the compound (B) impregnated into the reinforcing fiber to polyaddition reaction in the molding tool and polymerizing the compounds into a straight chain, so as to mold the thermoplastic resin in which the compound (A) and the compound (B) are polymerized.
