<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for productizing aluminum wastes having high productivity and energy utilization efficiency via the shear of the aluminum wastes. <P>SOLUTION: The device comprises a trimming device having a pair of dies 10, 11 and a cutter 13 to cut aluminum wastes W1 from an aluminum product chucked by a chucking unit, an aluminum waste throw-in opening 7 arranged at the position below the trimming device, a shear device having one blade component 4 with a half-truncated pyramidal blade and the other blade component 5 with a half-truncated pyramidal blade opposing the one blade component on a frame 1 having a discharge opening 8 for discharging a raw material of aluminum products. In an aluminum waste productizing method, the aluminum wastes trimmed by the trimming device can be pulverized and/or sheared to the dimension as the raw material for the product by utilizing the shear device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
