PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of men's under short pants having good air permeability, fitting feeling, and retention power to movement and comfortably wearable. SOLUTION: This pair of men's under short pants has a support belt to cover to raise up the external genitalia from the lower side, set inside the trunks type pants. The support belt is made of a mesh stretch material. One end of the support belt is attached to the back side of the waist part of the pants, and the other end is attached to the front side of the waist part of the pants.
