PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe kitchen utensil having a variety of effects such as planing off corners, washing, draining, mixing, shelling or removing oils. SOLUTION: Foodstuffs are put in a basket 6, a basket 7 is fitted, and a bowl 5 and a bowl 8 are placed over them so that a shaft 4 and the bowl 5 are fitted and that a shaft 9 and the bowl 8 are fitted. The shaft 9 and a handle 10 or a motor 12 are fitted, and the shaft 4 and the shaft 9 are placed on a stand 11. A case 1 is placed over the bowl 5 and the bowl 8, and the handle 10 or the motor 12 is rotated for preparing the foodstuffs for cooking. A whipper 2 and a spatula 3 are mounted to the bowl 8, foodstuffs are inserted in the bowl 8, and the bowl 5 having the shaft 4 mounted and the bowl 8 having the shaft 9 mounted are fitted. The shaft 9 and the handle 10 or the motor 12 are fitted, and the shaft 4 and the shaft 9 are placed on the stand 11.
