PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-saving toilet seat heater used comfortably. SOLUTION: This heated toilet seat is provided with a toilet seat 23 formed with an inside hollow part 27, a lamp heater 29 provided in the hollow part 27, a seat part 25 formed at the upper part of the toilet seat 23 and composed of a radiation transmitting resin, a toilet seat base 23b fitted with the seat part 25 and forming the toilet seat 23, a radiation reflecting plate 28 provided on the side of the toilet seat base 23b relative to the lamp heater 29, and a retaining part 35 integrally formed with the radiation reflecting plate 28 and retaining a radiation type heating body 29.
