PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device and electronic equipment capable of uniformizing parasitic capacities of respective signal lines and also capable of uniformizing coupling capacities between respective connection wires and video lines, upon using a signal line selective drive method in which a writing time per one pixel can be long secured. SOLUTION: In the display device, a layout of a wiring pattern is as follows; output terminals of a video line 17-1 formed as one unit per four pixels in the horizontal direction are arranged between signal lines 16-1 and 16-2, and between signal lines 16-3 and 16-4 which are respectively neighboring two lines, at the same time, Nch transistors 30-1 to 30-4 are arranged and connected side by side by two transistors between the signal lines 16-1 and 16-2, and between signal lines 16-3 and 16-4 and, further, dummy wiring parts 17F, 17G are extended on both ends of the branch wiring parts 17B, 17C so that all connection wires 19-1 to 19-4 connected to respective switch control lines 18-1 to 18-4 overlap the branch wiring parts 17B, 17C of the video line 17-1.
