PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely develop a protective function by absorbing and relieving an impact load by an outer panel to avoid the damage of the entire part of an impact absorbing panel. SOLUTION: A resin-made inner panel 13 and the resin-made outer panel 15 receiving the impact load are jointed integrally to each other so that a hollow part C2 can be formed therebetween. The plate thickness T1 of the outer panel 15 is set thinner than than the plate thickness T2 of the inner panel 13. A plurality of inner ribs 17 are formed to protrude on the face 13a of the inner panel 13 opposed to the outer panel integrally while facing the outer panel 15 side.
