PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double twister in a structure for heightening efficiency of an installation by enabling the number of installed spindles to be efficiently increased as possible, and facilitating the operation by facilitating the putting in and out of yarn-feeding packages. SOLUTION: The spindle shafts 1 in the double twister are constituted so that the yarn-feeding package-inserting port at the upper face of a yarn-feeding pot 3A may be tilted in the direction directed to this side, the neighboring spindles may be dislocated in the upper and lower direction so as to be arranged in a staggered state, and neighboring winding parts B may be dislocated in the upper and lower direction so as to be arranged in a staggered state or in upper and lower two rows.
