PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint for a base-isolated house, which enables a general-purpose pipe material to be used for most sections of a drain pipe system, by minimizing a piping section employing a base-isolated structure, in the drain pipe system installed in the base-isolated house. SOLUTION: A drain pipe 12, which is connected to water-section equipment installed in a building 51 supported on a foundation 51 via a base-isolating device 54, and a main drain 13, which is arranged in the foundation 51, are connected together by means of the pipe joint 11 for the base-isolated house. In the pipe joint 11, a drain pipe-side connecting straight pipe 14, one end of which is connected to the drain pipe 12, a drain main connection-side connecting straight pipe 15, one end of which is connected to the main drain 13, and an elbow 16, which connects the other ends of the straight pipes 14 and 15, are each formed of a bendable elastic body. Both ends of the elbow 16 and the other ends of both the connecting straight pipes 14 and 15 are each connected together by means of a rigid connecting member 17, and the member 17 is supported by a supporting leg 19 displaceable with respect to a foundation surface.
