<p>The invention concerns a tyre for a two-wheeled motor vehicle and more particularly for a motorcycle. Such a tyre comprises at least one reinforcing structure such as a casing (2) formed with reinforcing elements, anchored on either side of the tyre to a bead (3) whereof the base is designed to be mounted on a rim seat, each bead extending radially outwards through a sidewall (4), the sidewalls being assembled radially outwards with a running tread (5), and comprising beneath the running tread a crown reinforcing structure (6) consisting of at least one ply of reinforcing elements called working ply. The invention is characterized in that, at least locally, the running tread consists mainly of a first polymer mixture (5) and at least of one second polymer mixture (52) having physico-chemical properties different from those of said first polymer mixture, the volume of the running tread being constituted by the first polymer mixture for at least 75 % and the second polymer mixture being distributed discretely.</p> |
