An array substrate and an LCD having the same are provided to make it possible to stably drive gate lines regardless of defects of a gate circuit part, by attaching a gate driving circuit film to predetermined signal lines to drive the gate lines in case of defects of the gate circuit part. Gate lines and data lines cross one another, wherein the gate lines and the data lines are electrically insulated from one another. A gate circuit part(240) is configured to drive the gate lines. First signal lines(212) are connected to the gate circuit part. Second signal lines(213) are formed adjacently to the first signal lines. Third signal lines(214) are connected to the first signal lines. Fourth signal lines(215) are connected to the gate lines.
