摘要 A coil convector spacer structure for a bell type annealing furnace is provided to reduce recoiling operation to the minimum by preventing projections formed on coil bodies from being annealed in the state that the projections are pressed by spacers, and remarkably reduce annealing time and energy consumption accordingly by uniformly distributing hot air into respective coils and passing hot air through a small gap between the coils. In spacers of a bell type annealing furnace, which are inserted between coils(5) stacked in a reheating furnace, a coil convector spacer structure for the bell type annealing furnace is characterized in that: the spacers are formed in a disc shape having a hole at the center thereof in such a manner that a plurality of supporting projections(12) with rectangular sectional shape are projectingly formed on the spacers to support portions of the coils on which projections are minimally formed; a conical convection inducting body is formed at central portions of the spacers to increase a venturi effect by further lowering a pressure at an outlet side of a guide passage(13); and the guide passage is formed to be directed from an upper part of a body(11) of the spacers to an inner face of a central part of the spacers, wherein an inlet(14) of the guide passage is communicated with a space between a pair of the supporting projections, and the outlet of the guide passage is bent in a streamlined shape to face the lower side.
