A shifter assembly for a manual transmission is provided to reduce the number of elements and manufacturing costs by employing a pair of shift rails and using a shift fork at a time. A pair of rails(12) are extended to a longitudinal direction. Plural forks(14) are coupled to the rails to be operated. One of the forks is fixed on each rail. One of the forks is able to move relatively against the rail. The rails include a first rail(12a) and a second rail(12b). The first and the second rail are extended in parallel to each other. The forks include a first fork(14a), a second fork(14b), a third fork(14c), and a fourth fork(14d). The first fork is fixed on the first rail. The second fork is attached to the first rail. The third fork is fixed on the second rail. The fourth fork is attached to the second rail. |
