A developing apparatus is provided to rotate a limitation roller as much as a predetermined angle, thereby maintaining the design lifetime and reducing the environmental contamination. A photosensitive drum is rotatably installed at a housing and electrified with a predetermined voltage by an electrification roller. A predetermined latent image is formed by a laser beam emitted by an exposure unit. A developing roller is rotatably installed at the housing with the contact or non-contact type and supplies the toner received from a toner hopper to the photosensitive drum so that the latent image is formed. A limitation roller is installed at a side of the developing roller between the photosensitive drum and a toner hopper at the inside of the housing.
