A drive apparatus of a heat pump indoor unit for preventing dew condensation, when electricity is cut, is provided to prevent generation of dew condensation due to circulation of a coolant gas by blocking the coolant supply. A drive apparatus of a heat pump indoor unit for preventing dew condensation, when electricity is cut, includes a coolant pipe(1), a gas circulation coil(2), an expansion valve(3), a drain plate(6), a drain pump(7), a main controller(8), and an anti-dew condensation drive means(20). The coolant pipe supplies coolant pressurized in an outdoor unit. The gas circulation coil circulates the coolant. The expansion valve adjusts an amount of the coolant gas. The drain plate collects water condensed at the gas circulation coil. The drain pump is driven to discharge the condensed water to the exterior. The main controller controls a signal to drive the above components. The anti-dew condensation drive means provides an emergency power and a signal to drive the expansion valve to close the gas circulation coil when electricity is cut.
