发明名称 A PROCESSING METHOD FOR HAIR COMB
摘要 A method for manufacturing hair comb is provided to dye the comb with bright and clear colors after injection molding the comb and to considerably reduce failure of products in dyeing process, thereby resulting in high quality of hair comb products by drying nylon chips during pre-treatment to sufficiently reduce solvent ingredient and water content and to minimize gas generation during injection molding. The method comprises the steps of: drying nylon chips in a drying chamber at 100-130deg.C for 3-4 hours to evaporate solvent ingredient and moisture in the chips; uniformly applying titanium powder to surface of the chips by homogeneously admixing the chips with white titanium powder in amount of 0.2 to 0.4wt.%; injection molding the admixture of the chips and the titanium powder while melting the admixture in an injector, then introducing the molten material into an injection mold(10) having internal mold groove(11) to mold the material into desired hair comb form; dyeing the formed hair comb by introducing color dyes to water, boiling the dye solution and entering the formed hair comb in the solution; washing the dyed comb with water; immersing the comb in warm water at 60-80deg.C while adding acid dye fixing agent to the water to coat and cure the dye of the comb; and finally dehydrating and drying the comb with hot air blow at 80-90deg.C for 40-60 minutes.
