Radial fan for a gas burner

The radial fan for a gas burner has an impeller (15) with side walls (12) covering its axial ends. A partition (23) is installed one of the side walls and divides the inner cavity of the impeller into a first (V1) and a second suction chamber. The first suction chamber has a suction opening for outside air, and a feed opening for direct combustion feed is located close to the suction opening in the vacuum region of the first suction chamber. A sealing device is provided in the lead-through for the drive shaft, and for drawing off gas residual volumes reaching through the sealing device a suction line extends into a vacuum region of the first suction chamber.
