PREPARATION OF PH-RESPONSIVE POLYMER-LIPOSOME COMPLEXES WITH VARIOUS HYDROPHOBIC BIOACTIVE MATERIALS AND THE COMPOSITION OF SKIN EXTERNAL APPLICATION CONTAINING THE SAME

Provided are a polymer-liposome nanocomposite which is remarkably improved in the stability against various salts and cosmetic preparations and contains various bioactive ingredients, and its preparation method. The polymer-liposome nanocomposite comprises 1-50 wt% of a poly(methacrylic acid-co-n-alkyl methacrylate) random copolymer represented by the formula 1; and 50-99 wt% of a lipid dual layer which contains a useful bioactive ingredient, wherein n is 11-22; and x:y is 85:15 to 70:30 by mol. Preferably the poly(methacrylic acid-co-n-alkyl methacrylate) random copolymer has a number average molecular weight of 10,000-50,000 and a particle size of 100-400 nm. The method comprises the steps of mixing the copolymer of the formula 1, a lipid and a bioactive ingredient in an organic solvent miscible with water to dissolve them at 50-70 deg.C; mixing the obtained mixture with the heated water of 50-70 deg.C to disperse firstly with a homogenizer; and preparing nanoparticles from the mixture by using a homogenizer.
