<p>The tube (1) with flanges (2) at both ends is made of a textile material which can be coated with silicone or other plastic and is provided with inner reinforcing rings inserted at appropriate distances. Each of the rings is covered at the outer surface of the tube (1) by a clamping ring made of two parallel wires of spring steel accommodated in a flexible material.
