A shoe capable of adjusting its height is provided to reduce exercising amount of the muscle of the user's calf, to reduce the fatigue of the user's leg, to prevent paralysis, and to make the user look taller. In the shoe capable of adjusting its height, a pin(4) is inserted into the interior pin hole(5) and an exterior heel pin hole(6). A fixing pin(7) is mounted to be engaged with a fixing groove(8) and an exterior heel hook hole(9). A heel height fixing key support(11) to be engaged with a heel height fixing key(10) is mounted on the inside of the rear of the exterior heel(2). When the heel is made to be high, the heel height fixing key(10) is protruded to the rear side and is engaged with the heel height fixing key support(11) to fix the heel to be high. |
