An apparatus for heat treatment of an aluminum wheel is provided to improve work efficiency by heating the wheel for a very short time when heat-treating a forged and cast aluminum wheel, thereby heating an entire aluminum wheel to a proper temperature and allowing robots to inject and extract the wheel at the same time. An apparatus for heat treatment of an aluminum wheel comprises: a heat treatment furnace(1) in which aluminum wheels are stacked in multistage, which is constructed in such a way that the stacked aluminum wheels are sequentially rotated and received in the heat treatment furnace or extracted from the heat treatment furnace, and which is rapidly heated by hot air; an aging furnace(2) which is installed in such a manner that the aging furnace heats the aluminum wheels extracted from the heat treatment furnace to a low temperature to age the aluminum wheels, and which has the same construction as the heat treatment furnace; two multi-joint robots(3) installed to extract the aluminum wheels from the heat treatment furnace and the aging furnace or receive the aluminum wheels in the heat treatment furnace and the aging furnace; and a quenching water tank(5) on which the aluminum wheels are placed, and which cools the aluminum wheels and cleans the aluminum wheels by a jet spray nozzle(4) so that the aluminum wheels are transferred between the two multi-joint robots. |
