A locking apparatus of a sliding sash is composed of a sash(101) mounted at a sash frame(102) formed at the wall to be slid and opened/closed; at least one hanging protrusion installed at a side surface(102a) of the sash frame contacted with the sash only if the sash is closed; a hanging member inserted at the hanging protrusion and formed with at least one hanging hook keeping the door closed at one side surface; a hanging hook fixing unit formed with first and second hanging projections with a predetermined interval; A hanging unit housing formed with first and second fixing devices; and an operating lever contacted with the hanging member.
